Vehicle Applications
Application scope: Suitable for all type vehicles and liquid and gas fuel combustion engines.
 
Application instructions:
 
1、 Oil Oxygen Activation Device
       After nebulizing the liquid oil oxygen activator, the mist is lead into the cylinder and mixes with the fuel oil for combustion.

2、 Oil Oxygen Activator
       The activator crakes into activated oxygen and assists the oxygen-rich combustion.

3、 Engine oil activator
       The activator enhances lubrication of engine oil, restrains oil acidification, and extends oil lifespan.
 
The combination of the above items enables economical and environmental benefits of more than 15% energy saving and more than 20% reduction of air pollutants.

Application instructions:
Added into oil pan by a portion of 100:1.

Engine oil:
Activates the base oil and additives for a thorough mixture, increasing strength and toughness of the oil film, lowering friction loss of machine parts therefore resulting in increased power output
 
Cleaning:
Removes internal oil sludge from the engine, cleans lubrication channels therefore increasing lubrication and lowering engine noise.
 
Energy saving:
The enhanced strength of oil film helps to better sealing the piston ring and to optimize the lubrication, therefore resulting in increased horsepower and torque.

3、Hazards Identification :

4、First Aid Measures :
      Inhalation:       Person should be move to a fresh air environment.
      Skin Contact:  Wash affected skin with soap and water.  Seek medical attention if 
                              symptoms persist.
      Eyes Contact: Flush eyes with large amounts of water for at least 20 minutes.  If irritation 
                              persists, consult a physician.
      Ingestion :       Do not induce vomiting.  If conscious and alert, rinse mouth and drink 2-4 
                              cupfuls of milk or water.

 

5、Fire Fighting Measures :
      Suitable extinguishing agents:  CO2, extinguishing powder or water spray.
      Fight Larger Fires with water spray or alcohol-resistant foam.
      Use fire fighting measures that suit the environment.
      For safety reasons unsuitable extinguishing agents : Water-jet.

 

6、Accidental Release Measures :
      Dike and contain the spill with inert material (i.e., sand, earth, sawdust) and transfer liquid and solid diking material to separate containers for recovery or disposal.  Wash floor area with hot water solution.   Remove contaminated clothing and wash before reuse.  
      Wash affected skin area with soap and water.  Keep spill out of all sewers and bodies of water.

 

7、Handling and Storage :
      Information for safe handling: prevent formation of dust
      Information about protection against explosions and fires: keep breathing equipment ready
      Store under dry and well ventilated conditions in sealed containments.
